New Town Clerk Office Hours for 2012 Phone: 607-582-6238 Fax: 607-582-6616 Email: Townclerk@lodiny.com LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF TAX ROLL AND WARRANT TAKE NOTICE THAT I, Nancy Jones, the undersigned Collector of Taxes of the Town of Lodi, County of Seneca, and the State of NY, have duly received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes within the Town of Lodi for the year 2012. I will collect from January 2 to April 1, 2012 at PO Box 403, 8440 Main Street, Lodi, NY 14860 on the following days and times: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 AM to 4 PM and Wednesdays from 4 PM to 8 PM for the purpose of receiving taxes on the said roll.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that taxes may be paid on or before January 31, 2012 without charge of interest. On all taxes received after January 31, 2012 there shall be added interest of 1% if paid on or before February 29, 2012. On all taxes received after February 29, 2012 there shall be added interest of 2% if paid on or before April 1, 2012.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that pursuant to the provisions of law the tax roll of the Town of Lodi will be returned to the Seneca County Treasurer on the 2nd day of April, 2012.
